4. Payment

Payments can be made through the methods specified on our website. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used.

5. Chargebacks/Disputes 

When you make a purchase from GUAGGI Footwear & Apparel, you agree that you understand shipping and delivery times/durations and agree that making a chargeback before the stated shipping, delivery times and durations will result in a loss of the chargeback and all fees associated as for these terms of conditions will be submitted to your bank that you have agreed to shipping and delivery terms by making a purchase.

6. Shipping/Delivery Policies

When you make a purchase from GUAGGI Footwear & Apparel, you agree to our order processing and shipping durations. Estimated shipping times may vary based on season, sale times and availability of the product. Typical shipping durations are as follows

- Sales/Holiday Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days

While we strive to meet these shipping times, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs or USPS

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds to customers for defective items such as stains rips/tears in the product resulting in none other than production issues meaning the product arrived to the customer defective within 3 days of tracking number stating delivered.
